It is an unusually cold day here in San Diego and rainy this morning. Instead of my usual run amongst the trees, I went to the gym. As I opened the door of #Fitnessquest, the music was up and there was a group doing pushups, squats and chest press. They were encouraging one another and the leader was getting them to work. This was all happening at 6:30 am! By 7, I saw sweaty happy faces. Everyone was wishing the other a great Friday-that is the power of community-come together, experience, encourages and go out in the world a bit more lively and engaged.
